8th Girls Basketball improves to 4-1, downs Canfield! 7th drops to Cardinals

The Tigers (4-1)  defeated Canfield 28 to 21 at Canfield.  The leading scorer for the Tigers was Sophia Powell with 6. 7th grade girls (1-4) lost to Canfield 36-7. Viktoria Meade was the leading scorer with 4 points.  The Tigers host the Raiders of Warren on Tuesday, January 19, 2021.  

Freshman Boys Basketball remains undefeated

The 9th grade boys basketball team defeated Warren Harding 36-31 to improve their record to 4 and 0. The Tigers were led by Chris Fenton with 13 pts, TJ Douglas 7 pts, and John Perry 6 pts. Next up for the Tigers are the Fitch Falcons on Saturday.

Girls Basketball falls to Hoover, 50-30

The Tigers (1-2, 0-1) battled back in the second half but it wasn’t enough to overcome the Cardinals as the Tigers lost by one, 50-49. Leading the Tigers in scoring was Taylor Lawrence with 12 points and Alyssa Pompelia with 11 points. The Tigers travel to Hoover tonight to take on the Vikings.

7th and 8th Boys Basketball falls to Austintown Blue
