Students Athletes Sign Their Letters 5/24/18

Freshman Sisler Qualifies for Regionals

Freshman High Jumper, Maddie Sisler, used a personal best 5’0 in the high jump during a jump off to move on to the Regional Track and Field Meet.  Good Luck this week at the Regional Tournament.

HMS Spring Dance was a Great Success!!

The HMS Student Senate held a Spring Dance on Friday, May 18th.  Student Senate members pick “Around the World” as the theme.  The dance was a great success with over 180 students dancing to their favorite songs. Click HERE to view the photo gallery from the dance.

Perez and Mauri Qualify for Regionals

Manny Perez recently qualified for the OHSAA Regionals finishing 4th in the 400M dash.   Vinny Mauri also qualified winning the District Championship in the 3200 meter run.  

HMS Band Holds Spring Concert

Graduation Will Be Live Streamed

HMS Girls’ Track Finishes Undefeated Season Winning Trumbull County Championship!

The Howland Girls track team ended their season Saturday winning the Trumbull County Championship Meet. Ne’Vayah Parisi was the meet MVP winning the 100 and 200 meter dashes and the long jump. In the long jump Ne’Vayah set a new meet record jumping 16’. Congratulations! Scoring points for the lady tigers were as follows: 100M

HMS Boys’ Track Team Finishes 6th in County

The boys track team finished 6th out of 18 schools at the Trumbull County Track Meet.  Placing for the boys were: Nick Leasure who placed 5th in both the 100 and 200.  He was the only 7th grader to place in the 2 events at the meet. Brandon Null was 7th in the 1600 Ben

Howland Softball Season Ends

Howland ran into a buzz saw in the #1 seed West Branch Warriors.  The Tigers could only muster 1 run in losing 11-1 in 5 innings.
