Multimedia Students Receive Awards at Oktoberfest

Congratulations goes out to Issac Bellew who placed second in the People category and Carly Beam who placed third and also received an honorable mention in the Travel category.  Oktoberfest is an annual Photography and Art Contest held in Cortland for students and professionals who like taking photos.  This is the second straight year that
