MS Wrestling Sees Great Success at Twinsburg

Over the weekend the HMS Wrestling Team competed in a tournament so big that many consider it to be the “Middle School States”.  By the end of the weekend the Tigers sent 6 out of 13 wrestlers to the podium, outscored our rivals, Canfield, by a half of a point; and placed 9th overall. Wrestlers

Freshman Girls Lose Close One to Fitch

The 9th girls basketball fell to Fitch 36-31. Megan Konczal lead the Tigers with 9 and Gianna Merlo added 8.  The Lady Tigers last game is Monday at Newton Falls.

Howland Seniors Recognized

Tonight at Howland, five seniors are being recognized for their efforts as part of the Howland Tiger Basketball Program.  We want to say congratulations, thank you for your hard work and dedication and showing what it means to be a Tiger.          

Howland JV Loses Close One to Fitch

The Lady Tigers fell to the Fitch Falcons at home in a tightly contested ACC Red contest. Gillian Powell’s 6 first quarter points led the hosts to a 10-10 deadlock after one period of play, Jenna Craigo’s 6 2nd quarter points were not enough to maintain the lead as Fitch led 18-16 at the half.

5 Girls Games Slated for Saturday Afternoon

JV Boys Fall to Boardman

The Tigers put eight different players in the scoring column but it wasn’t enough a they fell to the Spartans 62-41.  Leading the Way for the Tigers were Alex Holzhauser with 9 and Justin Jones with 8.  The Tigers are now 7-9 overall, 2-7 in the AAC RED.

Howland wins 6th Straight, Defeat Boardman Again
